Meet Frances Hills
I am a native of Georgetown, SC, and have lived in the historical area most of my life. My summers were spent at Pawleys Island getting my tan on the beach, inner-tubing down the creek, or water skiing in the Waccamaw River The salt gets under your skin and you can never get away from it. That's the reason my husband and I came "home" after our last son went to Clemson, following in the footsteps of his father and brother. I also have 2 daughter-in-laws who went to Clemson. Can you tell which team we support? Not to get ahead of myself… I finished Columbia College (a small southern girls school we called the convent) in 3 three years, married my high school sweetheart, taught school, started a family, worked with social services, and was a MOM. I started my real estate career in 1994. I live in Georgetown and work at Pawleys, therefore, I know this area like the palm of my hand. My entire real estate career is based on one word, INTEGRITY. After that, I use my in-depth knowledge of the area to introduce and show my clients all the properties available that meet their criteria. Once this property is found and due diligence has started, it is my job to guide and advise the client through the maze of challenges to a successful and knowledgeable acquisition of that very special property whether it is a home, condo, lot, or acreage. Each client is different and each acquisition is different and the joy of my job is meshing the two. When not working or enjoying my 5 grandchildren, I have a passionate interest historical preservation. I am secretary of the Historic District Homeowners Association of Georgetown and have just been named the agent of the month by www.Preservation.com I would be happy to share my knowledge and enthusiasm with you.
